1. Digital Products

All products sold by AccMafia are digital goods. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 72 hours after successful payment.
Some orders may be delivered earlier depending on stock availability.
Delivery time may be extended in exceptional circumstances, but we will notify you if necessary.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because we sell digital products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after an order has been placed.

This policy applies regardless of:

Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Incorrect order
Failure to read the product description
Any other personal reason

4. Account Responsibility

Once your account has been delivered:

You must immediately log in and verify access.
You must change all credentials (password, recovery email, phone number, security settings, etc.) as soon as possible.
After delivery, the account becomes your sole responsibility.

AccMafia is not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to secure your account.

5. Login Verification

Customers must:

Successfully log in to the delivered account.
Confirm successful login within 30 minutes of receiving the account.

If no issue is reported within 30 minutes, the order will be considered completed and accepted.

After this period:

No replacement
No refund
No compensation

will be provided.

6. Account Status

Since these are digital accounts:

Accounts may be restricted, suspended, disabled, banned, or otherwise affected by the original platform at any time.
AccMafia has no control over decisions made by third-party platforms.

Therefore, we are not responsible for:

Account bans
Restrictions
Suspensions
Lockouts
Platform policy changes
Future account limitations

after successful delivery and customer verification.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Reading the product description before purchasing.
Securing the account immediately after delivery.
Using the account in accordance with the platform's Terms of Service.
Maintaining account security after credentials have been changed.

8. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order involving:

Fraudulent activity
Payment disputes
Chargebacks
Abuse of our support system
Attempts to obtain free replacements through false claims

AccMafia reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
